
Definitely, Nintendo already had its major announcements by the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 a couple of weeks ago and of course, expectations were high on the 7/31/2025 edition of the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, which will tell us, how the next-get Nintendo Switch is fairing with 3rd party developers.
At almost 25 minutes clock, Nintendo and partners announced what’s in store for Nintendo Switch 2 for the remainder of 2025 and preview for 2026 with the following major announcements:
Monster Hunter Stories 3 (2026)
The next evolution of the turn-based, story-rich RPG series, is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Once Upon a Katamari! (October 24, 2025)
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero (November 12, 2025)
The latest entry and successor of the Tenkaichi Budokai Series of Dragon Ball of 2024 will finally arrive for the Nintendo Switch 2 this November.
Persona 3 Reload (October 23, 2025)
The remake of Atlus Games’ Persona 3, is coming to the Switch 2 to continue ravishing the RPG genre as it did with PS5 and Xbox Series S & X.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment (Winter 2025)
We got another look on the next installment of the The Legend Of Zelda with the mechanics of Dynasty Warriors and this time, taking place within the past and present of the events of The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom retelling Ganondorf rampage.
Nintendo did not announced an exact release date at this time, but still slated as a Winter 2025 release for the Nintendo Switch 2.
Octopath Traveler 0 (December 4, 2025)
A pleasant surprise from Square Enix and we got another entry of the Octopath Traveler Series, this time in the form of a prequel coming this year!
