The FTC has won some time but I don’t know if this counts as a first round win. Nevertheless, things are pressing on and Microsoft currently cannot close the transaction to claim Activision Blizzard as its newest member of Xbox Game Studios.

Many expected that Blizzard Entertainment would have chosen to be careful on next steps after a backtracking of some features that the game will now gain in parts, mainly the Hero Mode and now the unpleasant surprise is that story-driven missions are behind a paywall.
